Connecticut Orchid Society’s Annual Picnic!<\/b><\/p>\n
This year’s event will be hosted\u00a0rain or shine on Saturday, August 19th, 1:00-5:00 pm<\/span><\/span> at the\u00a0residence of Sue Kennedy in the Litchfield hills.<\/p>\n Please join us to share a picnic meal and\u00a0visit\u00a0Sue’s Lord Burnham Green House<\/strong> chocked full of orchids, and\u00a0the Shade House<\/strong>!<\/p>\n To be sure we include you in the count for meal planning purposes, RSVP by Saturday, August 12th, to Dave Tognalli at dtog54@sbcglobal.net<\/a>,\u00a0and p<\/strong>lease contribute\u00a0appetizers, salads, deserts, & beverages to share<\/strong>. <\/strong>\u00a0(Please note:\u00a0 COS will provide hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken based on the number of guests who have RSVPd.)<\/p>\n Directions:<\/p>\n 266 Norfolk Road, Litchfield, CT 06759<\/p>\n Take Route 63 North toward Goshen. Just under 1 mile after turning onto Route 63 (North Street) the road forks. Take right fork past Forman School. \u00a0Driveway is about 2 miles north. \u00a0A lady bug flag will be hung at the driveway on the right. \u00a0Drive past the brick house straight back\u00a0to the residence,\u00a0which is located in a wooded area.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n
